LAST EDITED ON Nov-18-07 AT 10:47 PM (PST) Add RSS feeds to Bloglines (1:15)Bloglines can be used to promo RSS pheeds. If you generate a pheed of your own, you may want to set up a Bloglines account and add your pheed(s).

Here's two videos that show you how to turn a page into an RSS pheed using Firefox and www.feedmarklet.com . May be best to use with public domain content and Wikipedia .Turn your bookmarks into an RSS feed in 2 minutes (Firefox and Safari) (2:26)

LAST EDITED ON Nov-19-07 AT 11:17 AM (PST) Nice videos Kurt.Problem is that they don't work anymore. Biggest problem with linking to YouTube videos (or any hosted video) is that they can be removed at anytime. Does the YouTube TOS allow you to mirror videos? You may want to consider it since you went through a lot of work locating and posting them and now they are gone. Okay, now they are back. I should have taken a screen shot. Anyone else get errors trying to view the videos?

TopHatBob,They all work OK for me as well. Regarding this point:- >Does the YouTube TOS allow you to mirror videos? Yes, indeed they encourage it by giving you the link to embed a video in your website next to each video. Jeff

>Yes, indeed they encourage it by giving you the link >to embed a video in your website next to each video. > >Jeff Hi Jeff, I actually meant if its possible to download the video (there are programs that will save embedded videos) and rehost it elsewhere or on your own account. This gives you more control over it being available to others. Similar to RSS feeds or images - instead of hotlinking, actually download and host the content.
