"Error Runnin Tuelz"
|
I've been running Tuelz for short while now with no problems... Not used it in anger yet. Today I decided to use it properly, but upon running I get the following error Software Error Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Xi\tuelz\core\webs.py", line 178, in do_GET AttributeError: SessionServer instance has no attribute 'web_initial_handler' Of course I don't have a c:\Xi folder
Any suggestions? Glenn

It looks like you don't have the file "tuelzbox.mod" in your Tuelz directory. Could you check it? Kirill |

Glenn, Also, are you using a firewall and if so, which one? This is a new error that I've just starting seeing and I'm wondering if it's related to a firewall possibly having an update.
-Boom boom boom boom.

I still think it's a sign of a broken installation. Has Tuelz worked for you before? Could you send me the log file "tuelz.log"? To generate it, do the following: 1. Execute Tuelz and ensure that the error message is still displayed. 2. Exit from Tuelz: Click to the Tuelz icon in the system tray and choose Exit. Reboot the PC if possible. 3. Find the file "tuelz.log" in the Tuelz directory. Send it to me by PM or email: support@gammacenter.com. Kirill |

Hi Kiril and Kurt, I managed to fix it by completely removing installations from my system, and installing it on another drive. I did that once before, but for some reason it didn't work. Kurt, I'll reply to your email when I get a chance. Glenn |

Hi Kirill, This is crazy. I've discovered that Tuelz won't run from a shortcut, but will run directly. The shortcut also doesn't produce a 'tuelz.log' either. I'm not sure if this is a stable solution, but I'll simply run it directly from now on. Thanks very much for your offer of help Glenn |
