If you're into flipping sites, this is an excellent way for your sites to stand out.

Here's the details:

1. You cannot sell the scripts directly. They must be installed and functional on a "full" website, including graphics, etc.

2. You must give basic support to your customers. I will support you.

3. Cost for NOW is: $100. This is an intro special
$50 for 10 Fatty licenses

$50 for 10 BBX2 licenses,

10 Fatty 10 BBX2 = 20 total licenses.

This comes out to $5 per license.

4. After you sell your first licenses, it's $10 each to "re-up".

This means it will then be $50 for 5 BBX2 licenses and $50 for 5 Fatty licenses ($10 each, with a minimum of 5 sold at a time.)

5. You must inform them in the contract/sales agreement that while they have a full user license for the scripts, they can not use the scripts on any other domain, nor can they give away or sell the scripts.

6. You must keep a record of each domain you sell that includes a license and add that license number to the script. You're kind of on the honor system, but I will research the various places that sites are sold, and possibly contact site owners asking for their serial number.

It's not hard. When you instll the script, just use a #comment as your second line.

Every line in a perl script that starts with # is ignored.

So, find the path to perl:
#!/usr/bin/perl

Right underneath it, put:
### www.buyerdomain.com license=2 Your Name

The "2" is their license number. In other cases, it will be 1, 2 3, 4, etc.

Your Name = Your name, ie the person that bought the licenses from me.

I'm only going to sell a few of these at this time (10). I'll give members here first crack. Then, I'll offer them as a WSO, at twice the price.

In a month or two, I'll offer some more distributor licenses, for a total of 30 Distributor Licenses, plus one for myself. This means, only 30 will be eligible to buy Distributor Licenses, which will keep the competition to a minimum.

If you can just flip one domain for a few extra bucks, you'll likely make your money back.

Create small, high quality serach engines, or any number of eBay type sites...There's tons of possibilities to make your Bombed sites stand out and more valuable.

If there's enough interest, I may extend this to Scrubz and ZZ Tuel, where you create projects for both Scrubz and ZZ, so your customers only have to use Scrubz, but can pick and choose the content they want on their sites and have ZZ automatically handle everything else for them.

Taken a step further...Use Scrubz to create projects for them, then use a RSS to WP "dripper" so folks can easily add content to their blogs.

Same goes for autoresponder services. I believe awebber allows use of RSS pheeds as content(?). If so, create a Scrubz for them that they can add to their newsletter so they can add high quality content in just a few minutes.

In return, I also believe awebber allows users to export their newsletters via RSS. Now, they can add them to TWitter, Myspace (I think), as well as their WP blog.

With a little inginuity, any Bomber can make an extra thousand a week or more by flipping premade sites.

The deal is, no one else has scripts like these running on the sites they are flipping. Sure, they have scripts that display RSS feeds like clickbank, Amazon, and eBay on the sites they sell, but none of the scripts compare to, or have the versitility of, Fatty and BBX. Plus none have the Fatty results either.

This is a great selling point and is proven to work well!

I've only put 4 sites up for sale, and 1 hasn't sold yet. Chris Wen and I put 2 sites up together as a WSO. The one site I said I didn't sell is in the WSO for $397. The other 2 sites sold on SP for over $1,000 within 13 hrs.

Think about it, if you build 1-2 sites per week and sell them in the main marketplaces like SP, you should make a tidy sum.

I am over the next month pushing hard for local clients. And will be using many things I learned here to build feeder sites for my soon to be local clients.

Even if they have websites, they have never even heard of most of the techniques they are well known, let alone the ones you have shared here.

Imagine a realty agent, who gets rss feeds on mortgages, cleans it up once a week with scrubz to add to their website, or feed to their blog.

Thinking about doing this, haven't flipped sites before but I can definately see the profit-margin to work involved is high. Can you tell me what the SP marketplace is? I'm a newb to this.

Also, are there any tutorials here on building an ebay type sites here? How about good fatbomb templates for sale, etc? This could be fun!

I don't have any templates for sale, but any html template will work, provided it has enough room for the search results...You just need to learn how to insert the Fatty code into the templates.
