>I tested this with the email to post and they got deleted >very quickly...with so many web20 platforms out there I >wouldnt bother too much with blogger I have a huge number of Blogger blogs where I post by email. They never get deleted. When I used to post crap, and several times a day they got deleted, but this was when I was testing the limits. Glenn

Hi all, (long time no speak) I was looking into this subject earlier, and I came across this product via the ubot forum - it's a ubot bot. It has discount offer which they claim will expire in a couple of days. I wondered if anyone had any opinions/knowledge about this product, as most of you have more experience in this area than me. Thanks in advance. http://www.superautoblogger.com/ ExRat |

>I love the way it looks at feeds, and can in most cases grab >the full content, giving us many more words on our pages. > >Kelvin Be careful. Just because the software can do it doesn't mean you have the right to use the full content. Make sure you have the right to use the full content before using it. If the feed is from a blog, chances are pretty good (as in almost certainly) that you DON'T. Of course, you probably already knew that. However, there are almost certainly lots of people who are unaware of the danger. That software also strips out all the links from the articles it grabs. That's a good way to piss off the people who write articles for others to use free-of-charge. It's probably also against the TOS of the article distribution sites. Phil

Hi Phil, I was not aware of actually stripping from the body. I know there is the option to include or not include a link back to the original article. And yes, I DO sent credit back. The articles I am using via RSS mostly come from goarticles or ezine, which give the right to use the full article as long as credit is given. But you are correct, making use people do give credit is important. Kelvin Join the MadBomber VIP club here http://www.dombom.com/vip/clk/54sr37 |
