"Ping with one click using firefox"
|
Hi Everyone, I just came across this and thought you might like it. How to ping in one click in firefox - 1. Right click new bookmark - enter name eg Ping 2. Copy this code into location - location.href='http://pingomatic.com/ping/? title=' encodeURIComponent(document.title) '&blogurl=' encodeURIComponent(location.href) '&chk_weblogscom=on&chk_blogs=on&chk_technorati=on&chk_feedburner =on&chk_syndic8=on&chk_newsgator=on&chk_myyahoo=on&chk_pubsubco m=on&chk_blogdigger=on&chk_blogrolling=on&chk_blogstreet=on&chk_mo reover=on&chk_weblogalot=on&chk_icerocket=on&chk_newsisfree=on&chk_ topicexchange=on&chk_google=on&chk_tailrank=on&chk_bloglines=on&chk _aiderss=on&chk_skygrid=on&chk_audioweblogs=on&chk_rubhub=on&chk_ geourl=on&chk_a2b=on&chk_blogshares=on' 4. tick Add to sidebar 3. Save Next time you update a page, add a page or just want to ping anything you have just created you can now just click on your "ping" bookmark and it goes off and does it. Hope this helps Jason

Hi Kurt, I've just noticed that the first part of the code is missing, I cant edit the original post plus it does not let me enter the code. It should start with "javascript(no space):" Persume it has something to do with code in the forum. Can you help? Thanks Jason |

Hi Kurt, Many thanks, its great to give something back, however small. The last few days I have been using this, its just so easy, my little ping bookmark sits there, click and off it goes. Cheers Jason |

Hey Jason, Nice share! This is beautiful. I was just setting up Super Directory Submitter and scanning the forum to learn what I'm supposed to post once I've added all the social sites, etc., and found your great post. Thanks, Mike |
