"Brute force seo - any opinions?"

   Hi All,

just asking if you have seen this or have any comments?

I actually started to use it when it first came out as I have used some of Pete's software before, which Kurt has kindly provided here. I actually left because it wasnt ready, lots of things didnt work and it wasnt vista compatible.

After leaving there thats when I joined here and I am glad I did.

The way I now view it is that it attempts a small part of what we/I are trying to achieve. Words on pages using free blogs / articles and RSS aggregators / social bookmarking.

The main difference being blogbomb (super aggregator), blackholes, tuelz, etc etc. Plus the knowledge of why and how.

I rec'd email from Pete today saying now vista ready with some new features. It got me thinking because my time is very limited. Even at $100 a month if I combined it with my main RSS feed and introduce more blogs on various ip's, blackhole, BMD on top of the built in bookmarking then this could speed up the network building.

My only concern now is perhaps because of the other 1000 people using it that it starts to leave a big o'l fingerprint.

Any thoughts on this?

Many thanks
Jason

ps Happy thanks giving from the UK

Hi Jason,

A qhick answer, whild I have the chance... I'd give www.senuke.com a chance before trying bruteforce. I haven't tried either, but senuke is getting better reviews...

More on this in a day or two...

Kurt

   Hey Jason,

I'm with Kurt here. I use the latest SENuke and it works well for what you want to do.

Hi Jason,

Again, I'd be more inclined to use www.SENuke.com . I'll join them in a short while. I think it's the type of program that you can join, quit, rejoin, as needed...So maybe you just need it for a couple of months, quit, then rejoin a few months later, so you aren't paying the full $100 every month.

As far as fingerprints...They could be a bigger problem if all you use were the resources available with Pete's "Badass" or SENuke.

Mix those resources in with some of those listed on the Web 2.0 Frames page:
http://www.dombom.com/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.cgi?az=show_thread&om=112&forum=DCForumID42

...This should give a more natural linking pattern within in own network.

Also, vary the linking pattern to EACH resource, so one gets software directory links, another gets links from all the image sources, another gets links from video sites, another from the directories, etc.

   Mary and Kurt,

thanks for the advice. I like the idea of joining, leaving, and joining again only when required, should fit the game plan and create more focus to build the network.

Cheers
Jason

I actually have both on my computer now, both the free trial which is still fully functional.
The new so called cloaking feature (DARE) on petes BFSEO is nothing more than a wordpress plugin called uniquifier I dont think it will be very powerfull.
Both BF & SEONUKE seem to have problems with both making sites and submitting them.
If I had to choose 1 , mind you I like Pete, I would have to go with SEONUKE. With that said I am not going with either one, I just re-joined here. I was a member years ago, (probably still am?) and know that Kurt has been around for years, and Im hoping with his ability he can make something better than both of those.

Hi Russ,

Good to have you back and thanks for the review.

The problem with these types of programs, and why I haven't done it myself, is that they deal with so many OTHER sites they have no control over.

If you submit to 50 sites, one of those 50 sites will change something just about all the time, meaning you need constant updates.

Toss in captchas and mass submission, and account and site creation becomes harder and harder.

The good news is, all our competition has the same problems.

After a few months of thought and research, the best way to do this is to be semi-automatic, with a system that's easy to change and update.

I'm going to try to focus on this here for the next week or so...Much of this will be "This Month's Downloads".
